it was great ! but nothing like the pictures, in the pictures it shows a couple and the orangatang behind you but in reality it's a huge like outside restaurant with a bunch of other people too over 100 people, still amazing just false advertisement in the pictures, but we did get to feed elephants in the same area which was amazing mumma and her baby it was great

Absolutely wonderful Breakfast with Orangutans although there was only ONE Orangutan on this occasion he did sit just a few feet away while we enjoyed a very nice buffet breakfast. we had a great photo opp and another with the animals, including Elephants and we saw nothing but care from the keepers. it was a great experience

Everything was amazing. The breakfast was above and beyond what was expected. The animal interaction was excellent. Everything from pick up to drop off was well organised and professional. Would highly recommend. The staff were tolerant and spoke enough English for us to have a great day. Souvenir prices were ridiculous but you expect that. Everyone had an amazing experience.

Wasn't great, I thought at east you could touch the orangutans but no and there was only 2 and 2 elephants. The breakfast was cold but a great selection. I probably shouldn't be comparing but Melbourne Zoo ............... all over it.

I had a typo on the pickup address - the agent told me that I couldnt amend this and that they wouldnt supply me the local contact to correct the address. I contacted the zoo directly and they said it was no problem and they amended it. Headout was horrible to deal with and completely unhelpful. Every answer was no and there was a refusal to solve a simple problem.

The animals were awesome, loved seeing them all but especially the orangutans up close. Also the breakfast was lovely and so much to choose from. Your facilities are lovely and this experience is very well done.

Paying a big chunk for an elephant ride, at least the photo's taken / printed should be part of the package itself, the way zoo treated the elephants wasn't the best way as well, it was horrible.

We are unknown with different prices for different nationalities, so we were unplessant surprised we needed to pay more at the entrance.

Bali Zoo is amazing! We bought zoo exploring and Elephant Expedition with hotel transport . Was the best choice! Everything was smooth and we enjoyed the Elephant ride very much! Highly recommended!

The "Elephant Feeding & Mud Bath" at Bali Zoo exceeded all expectations - from the warm hospitality of the staff to the once-in-a-lifetime chance to get up close with these gentle giants. Getting into the water and scrubbing down an elephant while it splashed around was surreal and surprisingly emotional. It’s not every day you get to connect with such majestic animals in such a personal way. The setting of the zoo itself is lush and well-maintained, and the team made sure everything felt safe, respectful, and animal-focused. You could tell the elephants are loved and well cared for. If you're in Bali and looking for something meaningful, interactive, and memorable - this is it. Worth every cent. Highly recommend booking in advance and wearing something you don't mind getting a bit muddy!

It was great! We loved it, for me it was a dream to be able to interact with the animals and we could prepare their food, feed them, give them mud baths and then bathe them with brushes and clean water, we could also bathe with them in one of the pools there and bathe with them in the river, an experience very close to the animals. The price also included lunch and after the activity a tea or coffee with a snack and the option of a transfer that comes to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel where you are staying. Apart from this activity the rest of the zoo and its animals also enchanted us. We are very happy with the great day we spent at the Bali Zoo. We recommend it 100%.

The activity was cancelled just as we began, so we didn't get to actually do the activity. It spoilt the day as we had 3 upset children who were really looking forward to the ehephabt experience, this was supposed to be a memorable end to our holiday in Bali which was memorable for the wrong reasons. I'm yet to hear back about being refunded

We loved this experience. The elephants appeared well looked after. There was no hitting or angry yelling at them. It was delightful to be in a the water with them.

The staff were great. Nicki was so helpful to keep me from not slipping in the mud. The elephants are regal, beautiful creatures. It was great to be up close and personal. I hugged an elephants truck, bathed them, spread mud on them and took soo many pictures. Anna, the Asian elephant is my girl!!! Tickets from Headout worked without a hench and helped provide a great value for this unforgettable exsperience.

Elephant mud fun was the best. They were so interactive and there was a good amount of the day spent with them. It was well worth the money

We booked the Elephant Encounter including hotel transfers. Everything was perfectly organised and on time. The whole experience was amazing; informative, fun and everyone in the group had a chance to be involved and up close with the elephants. The elephants definitely seemed to enjoy the experience also. After feeding the elephants, we coated them in mud and washed them down. Lots of photo opportunities either professionally or using your own phone. A shower and delicious lunch followed. We then had time to explore the zoo. All in all, a great day.

Bali zoo is a fantastic attraction. My girls and I had a brilliant day and go to see amazing animals. The park is easy to navigate and the shuttle service is fantastic especially for my daughter who has mobility issues. Our highlight was getting to feed the elephants, seeing tigers and spending time with parrots.

It was amazing. Clean and beautiful. Animals are well looked after and clean water available for them at all times. The shuttle was very convenient and clean and always available. Staff throughout the zoo were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the amazing experience!

A really annoying AI response on customer service and a waste of money. Wanted to book directly through zoo and got redirected to this site also so total mistake. Would ensure if you are wanting to book through zoo that this is what you're paying for, not this site.

Everything was easy to book and manage staff were friendly and explained everything we needed to know, breakfast was delicious and relaxed. We didn't stay for lunch as we had to leave for airport, wished we could have stayed for longer as the zoo was really beautiful

Brilliant experience. I loved the staff and the way the animals can roan free amongst the public. Such a beautiful and memorable experience. The mud bath with the elephants was simply amazing and the lunch provided afterwards was so delicious.

This was the best day! It was all well organised and was so enjoyable! The breakfast with orangutans was amazing as the food was lovely and then we got to get so close to lots of different animals. The mud fun with elephants was then another level! We bought our pictures as it was an experience that we want to remember! Would recommend to anyone visiting Bali!

Even though in the ticket inclusions it was mentioned that we had "feeding elephant", we had to pay 100.000 rp to feed them.

We had a lovely time at the zoo. Unfortunately I got sick & had to leave to go to the hospital. The staff at the zoo were amazing & we were able to reschedule our elephant ride & zoo tour. It was an amazing experience & a great day out with lots of animal interaction.
