Quick and easy booking. Good communication. The BEST driver ever for pick up and drop off.... very friendly, informative.... Loved the whole day.
Everything ran very smoothly and we had a wonderful experience... the buffet was exceptional and the elephant ride and feeding was amazing, would highly recommend 🤩
My ticket said I could choose an elephant ride or a mud play with the elephants. My children and I wanted to mud play and the lady at the counter said it wasn't included in my ticket, however it was. If we choose the mud play we had to play more. Very disappointed
An incredible experience, everything was very well organized We had a wonderful time

My daughter like riding on the elephants she really enjoyed that
We did receive hotel transfers for the trip which meant we were both late for activity as also they hadn't given the right time for the event. A really annoying AI response on customer service and a waste of money. Wanted to book directly through zoo and got redirected to this site also so total mistake. Would ensure if you are wanting to book through zoo that this is what you're paying for, not this site.
It was awesome loved every minute of it The orangutans were very interactive at breakfast and the elephant ride is a memory not too forget
Good food, nice people & the cutest animals in the world! It is an amazinh experience indeed.
Even though in the ticket inclusions it was mentioned that we had "feeding elephant", we had to pay 100.000 rp to feed them.
Great experience, loved the elephants and elephant riding and got to feed the lions. Photos overpriced and a bit cheeky as not all included! Zoo small but pretty. Fun morning out
We had a lovely time at the zoo. Unfortunately I got sick & had to leave to go to the hospital. The staff at the zoo were amazing & we were able to reschedule our elephant ride & zoo tour. It was an amazing experience & a great day out with lots of animal interaction.
Veri our driver was amazing 🤩 the zoo and elephant ride was just as great. I was a little upset the I orangutans were not with/around us but still loved seeing them

The activity was cancelled just as we began, so we didn't get to actually do the activity. It spoilt the day as we had 3 upset children who were really looking forward to the ehephabt experience, this was supposed to be a memorable end to our holiday in Bali which was memorable for the wrong reasons. I'm yet to hear back about being refunded
We loved this experience. The elephants appeared well looked after. There was no hitting or angry yelling at them. It was delightful to be in a the water with them.
The zoo is very beatiful, the atencion of staff, the food is amazing, the place is very incredible
Well organised, professional staff, didn't feel rushed at any time, the animals looked relaxed and didn't seem forced to do anything at anytime against their wishes
We had an awesome worker running us through our Elephant Mud Fun! We love Nik! Incredible experience, full of knowledge and great food! Definitely recommend
The staff were great. Nicki was so helpful to keep me from not slipping in the mud. The elephants are regal, beautiful creatures. It was great to be up close and personal. I hugged an elephants truck, bathed them, spread mud on them and took soo many pictures. Anna, the Asian elephant is my girl!!! Tickets from Headout worked without a hench and helped provide a great value for this unforgettable exsperience.
