I was unwell and was not able to attend. Tried reaching out to cancel and get a refund. But the support chat failed to address my need and concern. A very bad experience that will now result in a bad review.
The title says uluwatu kecak dance, but when we tried to enter uluwatu, they said the tickets are wrong.
SCAMM!! THEY REFUSED ENTRANCE HAD TO BUY A NEW ONE
Nothing, it was not even spectecular. Big group of young balinese man were singing badly. Not recommended.

I tried to purchase tickets for uluwatu, however because they were sold out by default it swapped them to the Ubud tickets, which I could not attend
What made the show memorable was the fact if never existed. The given details were incorrect and upon arrival many were in the same situation. Directions and address given but was definitely the wrong venue and nothing was going on.
This show doesn't exist on a Saturday don't book it!
The performances were amazing. Seats were uncomfortable but the fact that I liked the dance so much made me forget how uncomfortable seats were.
The whole package was amazing. The performers' incredible singing, dancing, costumes and the setting combine to make this an unmissable experience and highlight of any trip to Bali. I can't recommend it enough.

The location we booked for was not the one where the support told us to go once we were there ... 30min before show start. So we needed to take a taxi with some other people in the same situation.. to change location. we lost money and a lot of time to go there as this was not the temple with booked for. It is a scam to let us book one place and then send us somewhere else !! The process needs to be worked over !
This is a scam! Be careful. The tickets are for a dance in a temple that ONLY is open at saturdays. It started to feel scammy when the adres on the ticket itself was another temple than the adres in the e-mail in which the tickets were send. We were standing in front of a closed temple with 3 other people who booked trough Headout. All have been scammed. When I filed my first complaint to Headout I got a quick response, but when I send two followup emails asking for a refund and asking for a reply, they did not respond anymore. Do. Not. Book!!

It was a fantastic picture spot and walk, one that wasn't too long either. There was a lot to see and also fun spots in between. Food and drink spots were also perfectly placed to cool us down and keep us going!

I love Garuda Wisnu Park, is amazing. We also had lunch there and gelato and had the opportunity to do some shopping.
It was a great show, especially at 6pm with the sundowner!!! You have to see this!!! But tickets are rare. The best option is to buy tickets online before, because then you don't have to wait in the very long line before the show.
Booking was super easy, the park organisation's is perfect. Monuments and itinerary layout are simply breathtaking. It worth the visit inside the Garuda Wisnu monument. The guide is excellent and the interactive exhibition is very nice.
It was over crowded and there was no seperate gate for pregnant women and old people. It was chaos at entry gate of the show.

Booking online was a breeze. The Ubud Palace dancing show was amazing. The music and dancing was very moving. The guy at the ticket desk could not find my booking, but eventually let me in.
Get there early as seating is first come, first served. The show was beautiful, lovely choreography, stunning costumes!! A very beautiful backdrop in the Palace as well. Totally worth it!
Great atmosphere and great performance. We arrived 19.15 and found place in the back. Maybe a lot of tourists were standing up for photos and was not always possible to enjoy the show.
