The safari hopper bus went too quickly through the three areas. It would be more informative if the guide provided more information on conservation of endangered species, particularly what is being done in Indonesia.
What an absolute scam you are running. You advertised the inclusion of a Caged-tram safari and it is NOT included. This was an extra cost payable at the zoo. You are false advertising and I will report this. The only reason I booked through you was so this experience could be guaranteed; what a JOKE
Loved the performance of the smart elephant ...and the tiger show..loved the maccaws and parrots.cheeky monkeys... Make sure no food inside and around the monkeys at all.

The show was absolutely phenomenal! Food was divine and the animal experiences were amazing! Highly recommend, Miss 6 and Mr 10 had the absolute best day!
Show was very nice but too short in comparison with the dinner experience. Too much waiting, idle time before entering the theater. The drinks, snacks and food was subpar and the organization very confusing. Other guests were commenting that nobody knew what was going on. It looked like the staff was following strict rules and made people wait too long. Also, it was a premium ticket and they tried to seat uus with other people who we didn't know at our table. Not the romantic night we expected. After we complained the staff tried very hard and they accommodated us. So, maybe focus more on the show than the dinner.
Service was impeccable. Food was excellent. Venue amazing. We paid for premium package and was worth every penny. Our seating and dining was front row making viewing perfect. Show was fantastic with aquarium being the backdrop.
