Perfect family outing. Our 7yr old boy went on nearly every ride and was tall enough which was a bonus. No one mentions a height requirement for rides online. Also it is worth going early to book a gazebo. We purchased the photo package and the code is invalid still awaiting the park to get back to us. But there a photographers everywhere.

Best water park we have ever been to. Lots of great slides. Heaps of shade. Staff so happy and friendly makes it such a fun day. This was our second time and new section is fantastic. Waterbom Bali is open from 9am to 6 pm every day; the last admission is 5pm and is closed on Seclusion Day (Balinese Day of Silence).
Children under 2 enter for free and children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
Ticket includes same-day re-entry.
Splash Bands are the only accepted form of payment. You will receive a Splash Band upon entry. You can top up credits onto the band at the Top Up Counter near the entrance.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to guide you or assist with questions, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. While the grounds are clean and the animals well cared for, the zoo is relatively small. Expect to spend about 2–3 hours max. There are a few engaging animal encounters, but many of the more interactive experiences require additional fees. It’s also worth noting that the zoo lacks some iconic animals like giraffes and hippos, and could benefit from more immersive stops to keep children fully entertained. Ticket prices are on the higher side for foreign visitors, which may not feel entirely justified for such a short visit. That said, the overall environment is peaceful, family-friendly, and easy to enjoy. Recommended for a relaxed family outing — just go in with the right expectations.

Bali zoo is a fantastic attraction. My girls and I had a brilliant day and go to see amazing animals. The park is easy to navigate and the shuttle service is fantastic especially for my daughter who has mobility issues. Our highlight was getting to feed the elephants, seeing tigers and spending time with parrots.

My driver arrived at the wrong hotel, leaving us to wait for over an hour to be picked up. Once we were finally collected and dropped off at the water park, we were told only one of the tickets id been sent were valid. Therefor creating more unnecessary confusion, the driver then had to intervene so we could enter the water park. An overall unsatisfactory experience for the price that was paid.
