My driver arrived at the wrong hotel, leaving us to wait for over an hour to be picked up. Once we were finally collected and dropped off at the water park, we were told only one of the tickets id been sent were valid. Therefor creating more unnecessary confusion, the driver then had to intervene so we could enter the water park. An overall unsatisfactory experience for the price that was paid.

Booking tickets online was simple and easy, everything was explained very well, on arrival all staff were courteous and helpful. Easy process to obtain locker and towels, then we were ready to explore the park. All water slide rides were excellent and exciting, lunch prices were very reasonable and food was great, overall we all had a great day and enjoyed the experience

Just so well planned. Well staffed, and everyone was so friendly. Made it so easy with all the signs of how the rides would be and wether gopro's where allowed or not. Such easy service with being able to leave things with the staff at the ride, and then collect it. Everything was well sign posted. I honestly have nothing bad to say, I was amazed by the organisation there. And also it was FUUUUN!!!

If you ever thought you could handle terrifying rides, think again. Touted as Asia’s steepest waterslide, get ready to plummet vertically from a height of 62 feet at 70 kmph. Booking tickets online was simple and easy, everything was explained very well, on arrival all staff were courteous and helpful. Easy process to obtain locker and towels, then we were ready to explore the park. Best water park we have ever been to. Lots of great slides. Heaps of shade. Staff so happy and friendly makes it such a fun day. This was our second time and new section is fantastic. We will go again every time we visit Bali. Lots of food options at reasonable prices and multiple vegan and gluten free options. Love getting our photos it's just done so well. Great family day out.
