Private Nusa Penida tour from Bali: Tailor-made island experience

Beautiful spot to go to, well organized. The crew are so good and really looked after all levels of abilities. They pointed out turtles and were really outgoing in their customers experience. They seemed so conscientious of everyone having a great time.

The guides were really nice and helpfull. Great experinece for kids nd adults!

I was at the exaxt meeting point in good time, but no one picked me up. So my Payment was Easter and I had to but a new tour with another Company. Total scam, waste of money and time. Just happy i did not bring my family and children. They would have been devastated. Croocked Company, should be banned!

I was denied entry using the tickets provided by Headout. I raised this issue with Headout 45 minutes prior to departure, but they were unable to resolve the problem. I am unsure if they even attempted to fix it. Consequently, I had to purchase new tickets, paying 350k in cash. I sent a photo of the newly purchased tickets to support, but I have received no information regarding a refund. This was my first transaction with Headout, and it was a horrible experience. Headout seems to lack reliable support, and as a result, I have incurred a loss of 300k.

I had the most amazing experience exploring Nusa Penida's West side, all thanks to Headout's seamless service. The hotel pick-up in Bali was right on time, and the fast boat ride itself felt like a mini adventure! With our friendly English guide, we first visited the breathtaking Kelingking Beach – the T-Rex-shaped cliff view was truly unforgettable. Angel's Billabong was another highlight, with its natural infinity pool surrounded by stunning cliffs. Broken Beach, with its beautiful natural arch, left me speechless. The crystal-clear waters at Crystal Bay were perfect for a relaxing swim. I upgraded my ticket for snorkeling at Gamat Bay, and it was the best decision ever! The vibrant coral reefs and colorful marine life made it a magical underwater experience. Learning that Nusa Penida is part of the Coral Triangle made me appreciate the snorkeling even more. The lunch and soft drink provided were fresh and satisfying. The entire tour was smooth, well-organized, and truly memorable. Highly recommend booking through Headout for a hassle-free adventure.

Took the tour with my dad. Both of us enjoyed the mix of history and local culture. Soweto was the best part—our guide even taught us a song!

Took the city bus tour with my boyfriend and we both LOVED it. We’re not really 'tour people', but this felt chill and not stiff at all. Got our tickets on a whim after breakfast and hopped on near our hotel. The audio guide actually kept us listening (even him, and he usually zones out). We did the Soweto add-on and that’s where it got really interesting. Our guide—think his name was Sipho?—grew up there and had stories for daaaays. The whole vibe was welcoming, like you could ask anything. We stopped for a drink at a shebeen (def recommend the local beer, can’t remember the name but it was GOLD). At one point, a group of school kids started dancing on the street and we got pulled in, totally unplanned but made my day. Only minus: some parts felt a bit rushed, but honestly, I’d do it again. Bring a sweater, the top deck gets windyyy.

If ur looking for a safe way to see Joburg, this is it. Did the red + green lines in 1 day, plus Soweto next day. Loved that the guides are locals—makes such a difference. Learned a LOT. Only thing: buses can get full midday, so go early if u wanna sit up top.

Solo backpacking in SA. Did the bus tour to kill a day and wow, didn’t expect to learn so much. Staff were chill, and you get to see both the polished and gritty parts of the city. Soweto guide was LEGENDARY—made us try some weird snacks (mopane worms…not for me).

It was an amazing experience with fantastic guides and incredible animal encounters: Manta Rays, various colorful fishes and underwear creatures. On the way back to Bali we even saw dolphins. That was the best tour we had: the Lunch was spent at a restaurant with a breathtaking view and the team took perfect care of our little boy (8years). Highly recommended!

Did the full city tour + Soweto with my dad. The history is DEEP. Our guide could answer anything we threw at him, from politics to soccer teams. Best part: trying homemade vetkoek from a street vendor. Don’t skip the local snacks.
